Boondocker’s Turbo System for the RZR XP-1000 is safe and reliable for a stock engine. With over a decade of real-world testing across thousands of miles—through desert, dunes, trails, and rocks—we’ve built a turbo system that delivers consistent, dependable horsepower without compromising engine integrity. Achieve a 90-horsepower gain on a bone-stock buggy running pump gas, or push your machine to the max with a 230-horsepower gain on a built engine running high-octane, all while retaining smooth drivability and throttle response.

Our fully optimized ECU tuning prevents detonation and manages timing to suit boost conditions. Built-in overboost protection ensures you won’t exceed the desired boost levels, preventing risk of engine failure. The Garrett GT2860 turbocharger delivers strong midrange power and fast spool, perfect for trail or dune use. For those wanting more, the GTX2860 option supports higher boost—up to 25 PSI—while maintaining cool charge air and razor-sharp response.

Everything is engineered to bolt on cleanly and fit under stock plastics, with no cutting or modification needed. The kit includes a stainless steel header, a high-efficiency water-to-air intercooler, a high-flow exhaust with O2 bung, and a large-diameter charge tube for maximum airflow.

Clutching is sold separately to suit your setup, with options for both stock-based and Ripp-Tied heavy-duty configurations.
