The type of fuel is dependent on the vehicle, boost level, kit configuration, and elevation where you are using the vehicle. Some kits can be run with non-ethanol pump gas, pump gas with octane boost, AV-Gas and in some cases High Octane Race Fuel. Every case is different but typically higher boost levels or lower elevation will require higher octane fuel to prevent detonation.

BoonDocker has detailed step by step instructions that a reasonably mechanically inclined person can follow. All instructions are available on our website, and are not shipped with the product. Some parts like engine parts require expert installation and specialty tools and it is recommended to have a BoonDocker dealer or professional mechanic handle the installation.

We choose to utilize online instructions for several reasons. First, it’s much more environmentally friendly. Second, in some cases, the technical nature of our product means that it’s important to be able to see the fine details. Our imagery is high-quality, and an online platform allows our customers to zoom in on certain areas where they might have questions. Finally, our product is always being upgraded for better fit and performance, and having online instructions means we can stay up-to-date.

Replacement parts for BoonDocker kits are available for purchase on the website. Replacement parts are sorted by vehicle and towards the end of the product page. If the part you are looking for is not listed on the website please send us an email with a detailed description of what you are looking for, please include the vehicle, make, model, year and a description of the BoonDocker kit along with the year the kit was purchased.

Yes, one of our biggest and most successful departments is our custom-build shop. We know performance, and we’ve field-tested what we sell. We know how to build your dream vehicle, whether it’s a snowmobile or UTV. We can work with dealers to purchase a new vehicle and customize it. If you’ve pre-seasoned or snow-checked a vehicle, we can arrange transportation from your dealer to our facility. We also have turn-key vehicles for sale on the Vehicles section of our website. Av-Gas is typically available at most small airports (FBOs). This website is a good resource for finding fuel stations http://airnav.com/fuel/local.html

Vehicle warranties are typically covered at the discretion of your dealer. Generally problems are covered by warranty if it is determined that the aftermarket products were not a contributing factor to the issue.

BoonDocker T2C oil is no-longer available

Instructions for BoonDocker parts are listed on the product page on the website. For older products please send an email with your specific question including a detailed description of vehicle, make, model, year and a description of the BoonDocker kit along with the year the kit was purchased. Also our service department in Idaho Falls is open 6 days a week to work on vehicles, please send an email to schedule a service appointment.

Some support and parts are still available but BoonDocker no longer sells Nitrous kits.

Typically orders placed for in-stock items before 2pm MST will ship the same day and you will receive an email with a tracking number when the order leaves. Shipping estimates for backordered parts will be communicated by email. Most packages leave from our Idaho Falls ID warehouse and the map below shows estimate transit times for Standard shipping.

Our shipping department will send an email to the address on file, as soon as the shipping label is created. Our outbound deliveries are picked up around 3PM each day. You can follow the shipping progress by tracking your package with the tracking information provided in the shipment email.

Group purchases are available for quantities over 6. Please send us an email with the products you are interested in and the quantity, we will review your request and provide pricing and availability.

Yes, we can ship internationally but due to currency and fraud issues we cannot process these orders on the website. Please send us an email including the country you wish to ship to and the parts you would like to purchase.

We do offer a limited number of sponsorships for individuals who offer a high level of exposure to the BoonDocker brand and products. We evaluate each application on a case by case basis. Please fill out a Sponsorship Application (click here to download) and send to info@boondockers.com

We greatly respect and appreciate the role individuals play in protecting our country but unfortunately do not offer a military discount at this time.

Due to the massive number of these types of requests we are unable to send out products for giveaways and raffles.
